It may also touch on Mediation, Negotiation, Sports & Entertainment and whatever is in the news. My hope is that this Blog will be informative and possibly entertaining. Most posts will describe a potential issue that a hypothetical client may have, then describe the possible options that the client may consider and give the pros and cons of the various options.
